This unusual Anthurium with its lanceolate leaves is a real rarity, as it is difficult to find on the market. As it lives in the wild as an epiphyte on trees, it prefers locations without direct sunlight and its compact growth makes it well suited for keeping in terrariums in a mounted manner. When it produces flowers and these get pollinated, it can produce striking purple fruit clusters.
The product photos show examples of the plant. You will receive a specimen that matches the product photos in size, shape and colouring.

Ben's tips on plant care:

- Position/light requirements: partial shade to light, avoid direct sunlight
- Substrate: tied up on Xaxim or in a pot with Ben's Philodendron & Monstera Soil
- Temperature: optimum at 24-30° C (day), approx. 18-22° C (night)
- Watering: Spray daily when attached, but avoid spraying the fruits and allow the plant to dry well. Otherwise water moderately twice a week when the top layer of substrate begins to dry, but avoid waterlogging at all costs. Use lukewarm water with little lime. Water less frequently in winter.
- Humidity: needs high humidity
- Nutrient addition: fertilise moderately every 4-6 weeks in spring/summer.
- Can be repotted after 2-3 years when the soil is densely rooted and dries out more quickly.
- Avoid draughts.
