Bei Dischidia nummularia handelt es sich um eine kleinblättrige Rankpflanze die in Süd-Ost Asien verbreitet ist. Sie hat grüne Blätter ca. 1cm im Durchmesser und eine Linsenform Im Terrarium wächst sie am besten bei warmen Temperaturen von 22 bis 28°C und einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von 70 bis 90%. Sie wächst sehr gut hängend im Terrarium und verträgt es auch mal trockener. Für Phelsumenterrarien, größere Froschterrarien und andere Geckoterrarien sehr gut geeignet. Als Zimmerpflanze kann sie gut in eine Hängeampel gepflanzt werden.
