The dark green to black leaves of this beautiful anthurium make it an absolute eye-catcher for houseplant lovers. The first picture shows the mother plant with its imposing appearance. You will receive a young plant in a 5 cm pot.

If you look at its impressive leaves, it's easy to guess where the Queen of Hearts among the Anthuriums gets its name from. It not only impresses with the initially deep red and later bronze to deep green color of its leaves, but also with its almost perfect heart shape. The Queen of Hearts is a hybrid cultivar of the Anthurium Ace of Spades and unknown red-leaved varieties and is highly sought after by collectors.

Ben's tips on plant care:

- Position/light requirements: bright, indirect sunlight
- Substrate: Ben's Philodendron & Monstera Soil
- Temperature: optimal at 24° C (day), approx. 18° C (night)
- Watering: water once a week when the top layer of substrate becomes dry, less frequently in winter, ensure good drainage, use lukewarm and low-calcium water
- Humidity: needs high humidity
- Nutrient addition: fertilise moderately every 6-8 weeks in spring/summer.
- Grows slowly, can be repotted after 2-3 years when the soil is densely rooted and dries out more quickly.
