Beautiful begonia from Colombia that remains small. The leaves have a jagged shape, it can tolerate a little drier, but can also be kept moist. A plant for the terrarium but also good as a houseplant. Very decorative and velvety leaves. You will receive a plant in a 5.5cm pot.

The leaves of Begonia listada appeal to several senses at once, because firstly they stand out with their striking light green central stripes and their mahogany-coloured underside, and secondly they have a very velvety texture. Easy to care for and of compact growth, it is suitable both for keeping in a terrarium and as an indoor plant. The adult plant can also develop many small pale pink flowers.

Ben's tips on plant care:

- Location/Light requirements: Partial shade
- Substrate: Ben's Babyplant Soil, special soil, later peat-free potting soil
- Temperature: optimum at 18° C
- Watering: keep moist and water as soon as the top layer of substrate begins to dry, but avoid waterlogging, ideally water with not too cold, low-lime rainwater
- Humidity: needs high humidity, place in terrarium or use humidifier
- Nutrient addition: in the growth phase, fertilise approx. once a week with organic liquid fertiliser. Fertilise once a week with organic liquid fertiliser
- Repot when the plant is strongly rooted.
