As a hybrid of the two Lepanthes species corrugata and saltatrix, this beautiful Lepanthes combines their most attractive characteristics and impresses with enchanting flowers in shades of yellow, purple and olive. In its native South America it grows as an epiphyte on moss-covered trees, to which it clings with its aerial roots, and therefore prefers to be kept in a terrarium in a tied-up form.

Ben's tips on plant care:
- Location/light requirements: partial shade to shade
- Substrate: tied to Xaxim or in well-drained orchid substrate with good drainage
- Temperature: optimal at 17-20° C (day), 14-17° C (night)
- Watering: Spray regularly when tied up, but allow leaves to dry out well. Otherwise only water moderately when the substrate is thoroughly dry. Only use lukewarm water with a low lime content. Avoid waterlogging at all costs.
- Humidity: requires high humidity, use a humidifier or place in the terrarium
- Addition of nutrients: in the winter months, fertilize only very moderately every 3 weeks with diluted orchid fertilizer.
- The growing season and main flowering period is in the winter months, which is why the Lepanthes requires somewhat more care during this time.
