Vriesea greenstriped gehört zu den grösser werdenden Bromelien. Im Terrarium erreicht diese Bromelie aber nur einen Durchmesser von 15-20cm . Sie hat einen Trichter, in dem Dendrobaten und Phyllobaten gerne Ihre Quappen aufziehen. Eine wirklich schöne und dekorative Art. Die Pflanze kann in den Boden gepflanzt werden oder auch auf einen Ast gebunden werden. Warme Temperaturen von 23 bis 28°C und eine Luftfeuchtigkeit von 60-80% sind ideal. Sie erhalten eine kleine Pflanze.
