The Alocasia nebula is a small rarity. Its almost rubbery leaves have a silvery shimmer on top and a wine-red color on the underside. It cannot be found everywhere on the market and is therefore very popular with collectors.

Ben's care tips:
• Location/light requirements: bright, indirect sunlight
• Substrate: Ben's Babyplant Soil, special soil, later peat-free potting soil, Ben's Syngonium & Alocasia Soil
• Temperature: optimal at 26° C (day), 15° C (night)
• Watering: keep the soil moist by spraying, ideally 3x a week (2x a week in winter), avoid waterlogging
• Humidity: needs high humidity, place in terrarium or use humidifier
• Nutrient addition: in the growth phase about every 2 weeks with organ. (strongly diluted) liquid fertilizer
• Repot about every 2 years when the plant is well rooted. However, be sure to pay attention to drainage.
