The Monstera for every beginner, easy to care for. You will receive a rooted plant in a 5 cm pot. Also ideal for large rainforest terrariums. It can tolerate a lot of light on the windowsill but not direct sunlight.

Due to the distinctive perforated slits in the large heart-shaped leaves of the adult plant, the Monstera is also known as the window leaf or Swiss cheese plant. It is an all-time classic for lovers of exotic plants and is also ideal for beginners in plant care who want to bring tropical flair into their home.
The product photos show examples of the plant. You will receive a specimen that corresponds to the product photos in terms of size, shape and color.

Ben's tips on plant care:

- Location/light requirements: Partial shade, avoid bright/direct sunlight.
- Substrate: Ben's Babyplant Soil, special soil, later Ben's Philodendron & Monstera Soil, special soil
- Temperature: optimal at 22-28° C, do not allow to cool below 18° C
- Watering: Water well approx. once a week, keep the substrate moist but avoid waterlogging. Water less in winter.
- Humidity: Requires high humidity.
- Addition of nutrients: In spring/summer approx. every 2 weeks with liquid fertilizer.
- Should be repotted approx. every 2 years.
- Avoid draughts. Remove dust from the leaves regularly with a slightly damp cloth.
