Very rarely found on the market Tillandsia with variegated leaves. In the terrarium, it can be cultivated in an upright position. indoor plants for the conservatory or greenhouse.

This intriguing variety of Tillandsia cyanea captivates with its striped white and pink variegation, which makes it a rarity. This specialty is rarely found on the market and is nevertheless suitable for beginners due to its easy care. It can be cultivated in a well-drained substrate or kept tied up in a terrarium.

Ben's tips on plant care:

- Location/Light requirements: partial shade to light, avoid direct sunlight.
- Substrate: permeable soil, e.g. cactus soil or tied up without substrate
- Temperature: optimal at 23-26° C (day), 15-18° C (night)
- Watering: keep substrate moist and water when the top layer of substrate begins to dry, with lukewarm water low in lime, but avoid waterlogging. If grown on top, spray every 1-2 days.
- Humidity: needs relatively high humidity, spray regularly (but leaves should be allowed to dry afterwards!) or place in the bathroom.
- Nutrient addition: from April to September about 1x per week administer liquid fertilizer with the spray water
- If kept in substrate, the plant should be repotted every two to three years.
